As hand care jewelries combining natural gemstones, they may have small differences of color and unique character.
If by any cause you are not satisfied with your purchase you may exchange or return it on the folloing terms >>

EXCHANGE

Exchange of items can be done within 14 days of purchase. Items must be returned unworn and unused, in its original condition and packaging.

Sale items are not exchangeable.
Shipping cost on the original purchased will not be returned and new shipping costs are on the buyer's responsibility.
Receiving time of your new item may change due to process conditions.

RETURN & REFUND

Return an item will be made within 7 business days by shipping it in or arrive with it to the studio, Items must be returned unworn and unused, in its original condition and packaging.

Shipping cost on the original purchased will not be returned and new shipping costs are on the buyer's responsibility.

Ones your returned item arrives we will estimate its condition and let you know rather your refund application is accepted. All refunds will be cleared 5% for service fees.
Sales items cannot be refund.
